I think it is time we unhitched Christianity from the Church fathers!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The suggestion was met with high praise. One Pastor from Fries Virginia reminded his congregation of all the seekers the early fathers unlovingly barred from the Church. \u201cThey prevented Arius and Marcion and countless other heretics from feeling included in any theologically orthodox Church.
