Stanford England – The controversial second edition of atheist Sam Harris’ book The Moral Landscape: How Science Can Determine Human Values is set to feature a groundbreaking three hundred twenty blank pages documenting how science provides a basis for morality.
“I guarantee you,” Harris said as he flipped through the blank pages of the book. “You will find in the pages of this book every possible reason to suggest that science can ground morality.”
In a review, Harris’ fellow atheist Richard Dawkins called the book brilliant. “Harris stunningly encapsulates all of our best reasons to ground morality without God.” Dawkins went on to say.
“Harris pulls no punches.” atheist Christopher Hitchens declared. “Not one reason is left out of this phenomenal work.”
Critics are hailing The Moral Landscape as the definitive work on the subject.
