Carthage Illinois – LDS prophet Joseph Smith finally confirmed a fan theory regarding the origins of Superman. Speculation has swirled in LDS circles, with many Latter-Day Saints alleging that Clark Kent actually came from the planet Kolob.

            “It just doesn’t make any sense.” Superman fan and Latter Day Saint, Lorenzo Riccardo said. “Krypton doesn’t exist. So, I mean, where else would Superman come from?” Lorenzo asked, scratching his curly hair.

            “Clark Kent did indeed come from Kolob.” Joseph Smith told excited fans. “The idea that he came from Krypton is bogus.”

            In related news for fans of the DC universe, many prominent multiverse theory proponents suggested that the DC world must exist in the Multiverse.
