Salt Lake City Utah – Tears are flowing in Utah Today. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has received a crushing blow to their theology and culture.

            Earlier today, the second Latter Day Saint President Brigham Young was in his room enjoying divine revelation. Young was happily living his life watching God’s inspired show, Battle Star Galactica. His happiness was destroyed when later that day he was reminded that Battle Star Galactica was not inspired by God.

            “I couldn’t believe it!” A distraught Young told local news outlets. “There are so many parallels to our theology. Frankly, it is science fiction, and that seems to fit orthodox Latter - Day Saint theology to a tee. How could this not be from God?”

            As the news spread to other Latter-Day Saints in Utah, there was much weeping gnashing of teeth as Brigham Young cast Battle Star Galactica to the outer darkness.
