Satura Apologia Today
Carthage Illinois – The ancient Greeks were probably thrilled when they popped by the city of Carthage earlier this week and heard LDS prophet Joseph Smith making the most sophisticated argument for the existence of Zeus since the time of ancient Greece.
According to witnesses, Smith was conducting a Q&A session, when one ancient Greek stepped forward and asked about Zeus. “If men can become Gods, Mr. Smith, and live on their own planets, does that mean that dear old Zeus is real?”
“You got it buddy!” Joseph Smith exclaimed. “Zeus was once a man, who became God and now lives on a planet called Olympus.”
The ancient Greek could not contain his excitement. “The gods are real, or at least as real as Mormonism is.”
Satura Apologia Today reached out to Zeus for comment. Zeus declined our request for comment citing his nonexistence.
