Satura Apologia Today
Nicaea – Historians were shocked upon learning that Saint Patrick paid Church Father Athanasius a visit with some friendly advice about how to clearly articulate the Trinity to the uninformed and the heretic alike.
“The Trinty reminds me of this three-leaf clover.” Patrick told Athanasius. According to those present, Athanasius started convulsing and shaking like a madman. “Ah!!!!!!” Athanasius shrieked in terror.
It then occurred to a bewildered Saint Patrick that it might be a good idea to move the conversation along before further irreparable health damage was inflicted. “The Trinity reminds me of triangles,” Patrick said. Athanasius made a clunking sound as he hit the floor. At the mention of the egg, some thought that Athanasius’s heart had stopped.
At publishing time, thankfully, Athanasius had been revived by the soothing reading of the Athanasian Creed.
