Trent, Italy – In a blow to the Reformers, the Council of Trent took a vote and unanimously decided to remove all thirteen Pauline epistles from the Bible.

Pope Paul III issued a clarification statement. “It is pretty obvious to me that Paul is a Calvinist, and his books are as full of protestant heresy as Calvin’s and Luther’s books are.” Further down in his statement Pope Paul III also revealed that he would be changing his name to Pope Saul 1st.

In related news, the Council announced that those Pauline letters would be replaced by the previously unheard-of books of 2nd James, 3rd James, 4th James, and 5th James.

By publishing time, Catholics around the world have noticed that the books of 1st and 2nd Peter have been changed to the books of 1st and 2nd Pope.
