The Wittenberg Door – Breaking news as Muhammad hijacks the reformation. Yesterday, the Pope was clearly dismayed when he showed up at the Wittenberg door expecting to see ninety-five theses to correct all the errors that he and his predecessors had made in the last couple hundred years.

            So, his surprise was understandable when he discovered that the ninety-five little pieces of paper on the door were more wrong than he was. “I was absolutely shocked.” Pope Leo X said. “I am Pope, and as Pope, I have the right to be more wrong than anybody else.”

            Well, it turns out the source of the ninety-five heresies disagreed with the Pope. The prophet Muhammad thought he could easily best Pope Leo in doctrinal error. Muhammad revealed to his companions that the Pope’s days of failing to defeat Christianity and Martin Luther single handedly are over. “I can lose debates with Martin Luther just as easily as Pope Leo can.” Muhammad said. “It’s time to prove it!”

            According to sources familiar with Martin Luther, Luther was aggravated that Muhammad used his famous door to post heresy. “That is my door!” Luther declared. At publishing time, Muhammad had not responded to Luther’s invitation to debate.
