The woods in Joseph Smith’s backyard – Changes are coming soon to the LDS church. Joseph Smith wandered into the woods again and you know what that means!

            This time Smith confirmed that God the Father appeared to him in the form of Captain William Adama from Battlestar Galactica. “I know you!” Smith exclaimed. “You’re the dude from my favorite tv show. What are you doing in the woods acting like my God?”

            God the Father, in the form of William Adama told Smith that he was to canonize the original Battlestar Galactica series. “Watch Battlestar Galactica in the same way that you would read the Book of Mormon or Doctrine and Covenants.” He told Joseph Smith. “It’s revelation now!”

            At publishing time, show creator Glen Larson told the public that he was honored that of all science fiction shows God chose his to reflect LDS theology.
