Mecca – In his latest explanation in a long line of unlikely explanations for the supposed rescue of Jesus Christ from the cross, the Islamic prophet Muhammad suggested that Pontius Pilate hallucinated his order to execute Jesus.

            “Take it from one who mistook the angel Gabriel for a poetry demon, sometimes it’s hard to figure out what the truth is,” Muhammad told puzzled Muslims.

            Not only did Pilate hallucinate killing Jesus, but Mary hallucinated watching him die, just like Muhammad hallucinated seeing her as the third person of the Trinity.

            The disciple John also hallucinated watching Jesus’ death, just like Muhammad hallucinated the disciple John being a Muslim.
